Integrative, therapeutic 30 min to 90 min massage available. Utilizing any of the following therapies that your body needs :: Swedish/ relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, myo fascial unwinding & cranial sacral therapy. Pregnancy massage also available.
All 60-90 minute massages are full body and include hot towels on your feet and back along with hot stones on your back. All to assist you in your deepest relaxation.

A healing treatment starts with opening the chakras, then placing crystals on the body, and channeling Divine healing light. I utilize Reiki and crystals to amplify the energy and customize what you need. Finishing with a grounding. This process will release emotional blockages and allow deep healing on every level; mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. Every session is different, some people get direct messages from their angels, spirit guides, or past loved ones. Some people get confirmation of things they have been contemplating. Healing can be life changing but at the very least, calming and deeply relaxing.

CST
Cranial Sacral Therapy/Myo Fascial Unwinding is a combination of therapies that asssits your body’s constrictions and lack of range of motion to release. It is a subtle technique that releases deep constriction in your muscles and joints, leaving you with less tension, more flexability, and increased range of motion.
Fascia is connective tissue that covers our entire body, over the muscle and under the skin. If you have an accident, fall, or repetitive motion over time, it can get folded over on itself, like a saran wrap and constrict range of motion and proper blood flow. Which the unwinding, we release the contriction and allow things to go back to where they belong.
Who would benefit from this treatment? Anyone that has had a trama, accident, slip or fall, sports injury, surgery, repetitive motion at a job.
I do basic CST & unwinding of the neck and head during a 60 & 90 min massage but you can also book a full body unwinding. This treatment also works wonders for high school athletes and adult athletes.

Hello, I am Ruby May. I am a transplant from
Wisconsin. I have been in the spa industry for
22 years. I started in the industry as an
Esthetician and a few years later, I did my
massage training. And since then, I have been
certified in CST/Myo Fascial unwinding,
Master Teacher level of Reiki, Master of
Crystology. With my life long strong intuition
and sensitivity to energy, it only made sense
to continue training in the meta physical
realm. I have been certified in Angel Healing,
psychic and medium development, healing
touch.
I have ran my successful lil business for years
in Northern WI and I am eager to build here in
the Twin Cities.
I also have 2 grown children, 2 grand babies,
and a 3 yr old corgi.
